1. Where We Ship
ArtisanThai.com ships to over 150 countries worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe and Asia. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Dispatch Location
All orders are dispatched directly from Thailand. Products are sourced, packed, and shipped from Thailand using registered international postal or courier services.
3. Shipping Method & Carrier
All orders are sent via tracked international postal or courier services. The carrier is selected based on the destination country, service availability, and order size. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments once they have been dispatched.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United States, Canada: approximately 7–14 working days
- United Kingdom: approximately 7–12 working days
- Australia, New Zealand: approximately 7–14 working days
- Europe (EU/EEA): approximately 7–14 working days
- Rest of World: approximately 10–21 working days
These delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, public holidays, weather events, industrial action, or postal/courier disruptions beyond our control. Estimated delivery windows do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. During peak periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipment notification with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
6. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order. You can track your parcel at any time using our Order Tracking page: Track My Order. Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier.
7. Free Worldwide Shipping
ArtisanThai.com offers free tracked worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum order value is required. The cost of standard shipping is absorbed by ArtisanThai.com. If an order is refunded, the actual carrier shipping cost may be deducted from the refund amount as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy, where permitted by applicable law.
8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
Your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or inspection fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer. ArtisanThai.com has no control over customs procedures and cannot predict which shipments will be selected for inspection or charged additional fees.
If a parcel is held by customs and you do not provide requested information or do not pay applicable duties or fees, the order will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by mandatory consumer law. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations for herbal tea and food products before ordering.
9. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 working days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at service@artisanthai.com or via our Contact Page. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and work to resolve the issue. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.
10. Incorrect Delivery Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. ArtisanThai.com is not liable for non‑delivery, delays, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. Where a parcel is returned to us due to address issues, any reshipment or refund will be handled in line with our Refund and Return Policy.
11. Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may be fulfilled in more than one parcel (for example, if items ship from different locations or at different times). This means that products from a single order can arrive on different days.
- Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which is normally sent automatically by email when the parcel is dispatched.
- If you do not receive tracking information for all parts of your order within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us via our Contact Page so we can provide the relevant details.
- Because split shipments may travel on different routes or schedules, parcels may arrive on different dates even when they belong to the same order.
